In Kabankalan City, Mayor Pedro Zayco has ordered the office of the City Engineers to be placed under lockdown for disinfection after an employee died from COVID-19.
Zayco said all employees of the engieering office will undergo an RT-PCR test tomorrow. While the family of the deceased were also placed under lockdown while undergoing a mandatory quarantine.
The 48-year-old employee was the latest fatality in the city. As of November 15, the city has recorded a total of 7 deaths.
