The number 1 councilor of the Municipality of Binalbagan takes his oath today as the new Vice Mayor of the town.
Clr. Ursecio B. Inodeo took his oath in a simple ceremony held this morning in Binalbagan. He replaced former Vice Mayor Samuel Gavaran who passed away last November 2.
Gavaran, 57, died from a lingering disease at his residence in Binalbagan, said Mayor Alejandro Mirasol.
