Globe activates relief response, but connection still down in some areas

With most areas still with no power and telco services down, Globe said its Technical teams are tirelessly doing restoration works to bring services back to normal in the remaining affected areas.

In 6th District in Negros Occidental, cellular services of Globe remains inaccessible as of Sunday, 3 days after supertyphoon brought havoc and killed dozens of people.

To provide connectivity assistance to affected kababayans, it has offered FREE services to Globe Prepaid, TM, and Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi customers. It has also activated Libreng Tawag and Libreng Charging (LTLC) stations in 15 sites across Visayas and Mindanao are also available.
