A lifeless body of a woman was discovered at Hacienda Nilo Lizares, Concepcion Road, Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay City, early this morning, January 12.
According to Police Lieutenant Colonel Salvador Trono Jr., chief of the Talisay City Police Station, the victim is believed to have been dumped by the roadside.
The female victim aged 32-year-old was identified by her family as Carl Kimberlyn Degabi and a resident of Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod.
She is reportedly a call center employees.
The cadaver has been transported to Manapla Funeral Parlor in Talisay for an autopsy.
Police authorities are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the motive behind the killing.
