West Tower of Corazon Locsin partially closed for admission

The hospital management of Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) temporarily closed the 5th Floor COVID
Area of the West Tower Building, yesterday, July 4.

In a statement posted on Facebook by Horizon, the official bulletin of the hospital, it said that the portion of the West Tower will be closed until further notice for thorough cleaning and disinfection.

It added that the closure is to ensure a safe environment for all patients and healthcare workers. The facility will also undergo necessary repairs of the resuscitation and medication room will be implemented.

The closure of the COVID area will affect the total number of dedicated and functional NON-ICU isolation beds of the hospital.

The hospital management recommends to all stakeholders to coordinate all patient transfers with its Hospital Operations Center through these hotlines 0917-1007093 or 701-7865.

Last June 25, the hospital also shutdown the 4th Floor of the West Tower for repairs of its sanitary pipelines.
