Tompar highlighted the proactive role of senior leadership in championing inclusivity and diversity: “Despite global disruptions, TP remains a people-first company. We keep our ears on the ground and listen to the needs of our people, whose dedication and talents are key in delivering value and driving meaningful change for women and the rest of our people across the communities where we operate.”
TP advocates for collaboration at AmCham Philippines forum
Building on its commitment to transformative partnerships, TP also participated in a high-level panel at a Women’s Month forum organized by the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham Philippines).
The forum, themed “Collaboration for Change: Entrepreneurs and Government for a More Inclusive Future,” aimed to strengthen ties between women business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to advance inclusive policies and address key challenges.
TP Women Chair and Executive Vice President of TP in the Philippines Toni Tompar emphasized the significant contribution of TP’s strategic partnerships with government and business sectors to achieving over 57% female representation in leadership positions.

During her expert sharing, Tompar highlighted the critical role of collaboration with the private and public sectors in developing comprehensive support systems and employment opportunities for women saying, “TP is not only driven by technology; we’re also powered by people. We make sure that we have a platform for every person. The partnerships we have with the government and private sector enhance these platforms. And when women are empowered to be economically independent and strong, it benefits the nation.”
Tompar also underscored how TP continuously integrates inclusive principles and practices in recruitment, training, and leadership, implemented with the support of TP Women, an employee resource group of women empowering women through mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities across TP’s 27 sites in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
