The City of Talisay Health Office reported that as of yesterday, November 1, there were only 20 active cases of COVID-19 in the city.
Of the 20 cases, 6 new cases were reported yesterday.
Talisay has successfully managed the spread of COVID-19 with only 10 barangays with these remaining active cases.
But despite of this, Mayor Neil Lizares reminded Talisaynon to remain in the safety of their homes if going out is not that extremely necessary. He also reiterated the importance of exercising proper handwashing, proper wearing of facemasks and face shields, and strict physical distancing.
