San Carlos reopens border to tourists

The City of San Carlos announced that it is re-opening its tourist destinations for non-residents of the city.

In an advisory posted on its Facebook page, the city said that non-residents are allowed to visit the city provided that they should have a valid and verified health certificate from their barangays with 14 days validity.

The certificate must also include the purpose of travel in San Carlos City, the name and location of resort/tourist destination.

The guidelines issued by the tourism office of San Carlos for tourists visiting their locality.

Upon arrival, tourists must fill-out a health declaration and entry confirmation slip at the City Tourism Office, the advisory added.

Tourist will also be required to download the QR-based contact tracing application of the city.
