Through Joint Venture Agreement (JVA), PrimeWater and Cadiz City Water District (CCWD) have come together to improve existing water pipelines in key areas in Cadiz to ensure uninterrupted water supply.

Cadiz City Mayor Salvador Escalante joined officials from PrimeWater and CCWD last February 15 to break ground on the water pipe improvement project along Villa Barilea and Villa Barbas in Brgy Zone 2.

The project aims to improve supply and water pressure along the project area and nearby puroks and will benefit at least 600 consumers.

Joining the event were CCWD Board of Directors, Chairman Sergio C. Tabanao, General Manager Angelo S. Vargas, PrimeWater – Cadiz Branch Manager Olive C. Acelo.

PrimeWater, which also co-manage Bacolod City Water District has entered into a JVA with CCWD sometime last year. The company is owned by the Villar Group.
