Phinma Properties has unveiled its ambitious P12 billion township project, Saludad, which is set to transform the landscape of Bacolod City.
Located at the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road in Barangay Bata, the 21-hectare development promises to offer a unique blend of modern living, business opportunities, and cultural experiences.
The groundbreaking ceremony for Saludad was held on October 19, 2024, marking the official start of the project. The township will feature a diverse range of amenities, including residential enclaves, a business district, a town center, a hotel, and a university.
One of the highlights of Saludad is the upcoming Tryp hotel, a 150-room establishment operated by Phinma Hospitality. Construction of the hotel is scheduled to commence in June 2025 and is expected to be completed within a year and a half.
Additionally, Southwestern University will be establishing its first branch outside of Cebu City within the township. The university’s campus is also slated to begin construction in June 2025.
The design of Saludad aims to reflect the rich cultural heritage and modern aspirations of Bacolod City. The township will incorporate elements of Negrense culture and architecture, creating a unique and authentic experience for residents and visitors alike.
Phinma Properties has partnered with JEPP Real Estate Co. to bring this ambitious project to life. Together, they envision Saludad as a thriving community that will contribute to the economic growth and development of Bacolod City.
