The Philippines overall recovery rate from COVID-19 is now at 85.1%, the Department of Health reported, yesterday. This represents over 311,000 of the total cases.
As of 4PM, October 24, 2020, the total number of COVID-19 cases is at 367,819. Of the confirmed cases, 47,773 (13.0%) are active cases and 6,934 (1.9%) have died.
Meanwhile, cases of COVID-19 in Bacolod continues to decline with only 18 total new positive cases reported yesterday.
In Negros Occidental, the DOH recorded 83 new cases.
