Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao commended the accomplishments of Teleperformance Philippines, highlighting the exceptional Filipino workforce at their recent “Dive into Total Experience” event.

This five-day immersive event brought together Teleperformance executives, industry experts, and representatives from leading global brands. High-level sessions focused on digital transformation and the future of work.

The event boasted an impressive lineup of speakers, including IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) President & CEO Jack Madrid and Terry Jones, founder of Travelocity and Kayak.com. Discussions explored the future of digital business services, strategic partnerships in the IT-BPM industry, and the human element in AI-powered solutions.

Pacquiao praised the Filipinos talents within the organization for setting the gold standard and exemplifying the boundless Filipino spirit, emphasizing their significant impact and value.

He said: “Within the halls of Teleperformance, over 60,000 Filipinos shine brightly, showcasing their excellence to the world.”

Teleperformance Philippines’ first high-profile immersive event brought together Teleperformance executives, industry experts, and representatives from some of the world’s top brands for five days of high-level sessions on digital transformation and workplace advancement.

Jack Madrid of IBPAP highlighted the strength of the Philippine IT-BPM industry, boasting 1.7 million employees with 260,000 new jobs created in recent challenging years. He attributed this growth to a strong commitment to continuous learning and employee development. “Without this continuous learning, we wouldn’t have grown to the 1.7 million-strong team we are today,” Madrid emphasized.

Teleperformance Philippines CEO Rahul Jolly described their digital transformation initiatives, including the Cloud Campus program, as a game-changer. This revolutionary remote work solution creates opportunities for diverse talent across the Philippines, including persons with disabilities, stay-at-home parents, and those living far from traditional business hubs.

Teleperformance Philippines’ commitment to employee experience was further emphasized by Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson. He stated, “I firmly believe that the ‘why’ matters more than the ‘what.’ When your brand’s purpose is clear, you have a compass to show you what’s feasible, what’s engaging, and what’s impactful.”

This focus on employee experience is reflected in Teleperformance Philippines’ recent recognition as one of the Philippines Best Workplaces™. They also achieved their sixth Great Place to Work recertification and the Philippines Best Workplaces™ in IT-BPM award in 2023.
