Bacolod City, Negros Occidental— Over a thousand employees of Concentrix in Bacolod signed up for the graveyard vaccination of this city against COVID-19 which commenced last night, August 19.

No less than Mayor Evelio Leonardia, chair of both the Emergency Operations Center-Task Force (EOC-TF) and the COVID-19 Vaccination Council (CoVaC), and City Administrator Em Ang, executive director of EOC and coordinator of CoVaC, oversaw the initiative together with Concentrix Site Director Paul Anthony Espeleta.

According to Espeleta, Concentrix Bacolod is targeting to vaccinate 1,028 employees.

“Concentrix Bacolod is the first-ever Concentrix site to have night shift vaccination drive in the country. Considering the supply challenges with vaccines, we are grateful that economic frontliners from our industry have this support, as part of A4 category,” the site director added.

Aside from Concentrix, the city has also partnered with Panasiatic and Teleperformance last weekend where over 1,500 employees received their initial dose of Sinovac.
