Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), a part of Home Credit Group– a global consumer finance expert, has officially launched its 24/7 multiple touchpoints customer service support, allowing customers to seek assistance from a customer service representative about their concerns round-the-clock.
With this initiative, HCPH’s customers will now be able to send their concerns and questions any time of the day, including during graveyard hours. This, in turn, will enable HCPH to learn about customers’ needs faster and resolve concerns in product and cash loans, payment status, account balance, product availability, partner brands, retail stores, and gift payments, among others.
HCPH, a first local non-bank financial company to offer round-the-clock customer service, is confident that they’ll be able to address customers’ service concerns in the most convenient and efficient way possible and, at the same time, further strengthen their relationship with their customers, said HCPH’s Head of Operations, Pratim Bhattacharya.
Customers may reach Home Credit by sending a message through the official Facebook and Twitter accounts of HCPH.
