The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) has once again certified as a Triple A electric cooperative by the National Electrification Administration (NEA).

For 5 consecutive years now, CENECO is able to maintain the Triple A status which signifies its remarkable overall performance as an electric coop serving the principal cities and municipalities in Central Negros, it said in a statement.

The Triple A category is the highest rating given by NEA to ECs who have performed excellently in its operations, and have been compliant to its financial, institutional, technical and reportorial standards.

The re-certification from NEA was based on the overall performance assessment and size classification covering the 2021 calendar.

With this milestone, the CENECO Board of Directors, management and staff would like to thank and congratulate its Member-Consumer-Owners for their unwavering support to the electric cooperative, CENECO said in a statement.
