In line with the order of the provincial government of Negros Occidental, limiting the entry of flights to and from National Capital Region while it is on Alert Level 3, Cebu Pacific has reduced its flights from 16x weekly between Manila and Bacolod to once daily, starting January 9.

In a statement, Cebu Pacific said the following flights are canceled until January 15: 5J 477/478 Manila – Bacolod – Manila (January 9 to 15);
5J 487/488 Manila – Bacolod – Manila (January 11 and 13); and 5J 124/125 Cebu – Bacolod – Cebu (January 15)
.

The airline said affected passengers have been informed via contact details provided in the booking for their options.

Passengers with confirmed bookings have options to rebook, request for travel fund or a full refund through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure.

For those who opt to rebook, passengers can make adjustment within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.

Travel fund meanwhile is valid for 2 years and can be stored in a virtual CEB wallet and can be used to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection,
etc.).

For those who may opt to avail of the full refund, Cebu Pacific said the process may take up to 2months from the date of request.
