Military officers from the 32nd CMO Company, 303rd Infantry Brigade and 14th CMO Battalion continue to spread joy to residents of Sitio Kawilihan, Brgy Sicaba, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental as it held a gift-giving activity last January 02, 2021, exactly 4 days before the 3 Kings celebration.
A total of 150 indigent beneficiaries of gift giving activity received the goods containing: 5kls of rice, slippers, assorted clothes, assorted toys for the children, can goods and noodles.
The Gift giving program highlights the Bayanihan efforts of 32nd Civil Military Operations Company and 303rd Infantry Brigade headed by Captain Kelvin Bayaban, Commanding Officer of 32nd CMOC and at the same time the CMO Officer of 303rd Brigade with the support of 14th CMO Battalion to further reach out to the populace within the unit’s area of responsibility (AOR), spread the spirit of Christmas in this Yuletide season and to help uplift the lives of the people in the community especially the less fortunate.
The Army in Negros will pursue its non-traditional role of providing support to national development, together with all stakeholders, in order to uplift the lives of the Filipino people. It will also continue to do its mandate of protecting the people and securing the national territory within its area of operation.
