In a bid to enhance emergency services in Negros Occidental province, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson turned over 6 new ambulance units procured by the Provincial Government for its Emergency 911 Program.
The emergency vehicles will be stationed at the provincial government-run hospitals in Cadiz, Silay, Valladolid, and Kabankalan to ensure a swift response to any untoward incidents.
The turnover ceremony was held yesterday, March 13, and was also attended by Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz, Provincial Disaster Management Program Division OIC Fe Macaya and Irene Bel Ploteña of the Provincial Administrator’s Office.
