Gov Lacson oversees operation at the provincial command center

Gov. Bong Lacson arrived early this morning at Negros Occidental Command Center to oversee its operations.

Aside from monitoring typhoon Odette, Capitol is also closely watching the activities of Mt. Kanlaon after it recorded 3 volcanic earthquakes.
