Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) are temporarily barred in returning to the towns of Manapla and Binalbagan in Negros Occidental.

In its Resolution No. 56, the regional Inter Agency Task Force has approved the request of these 2 towns to suspend LSIs arrivals while they work on addressing the current COVID-19 situation in their localities.

The regional IATF approved the 14-day moratorium for Binalbagan starting today, November 2 until 16. Meanwhile, for Manapla the 2-week moratorium will be from November 5-18.

On the same resolution, the city of Cadiz was also approved for a 4-day moratorium starting today until November 6.
