Expelled Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr. was rushed to a hospital this morning, June 17, from his detention facility at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City after complaining of severe stomach pains.

According to Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, Teves’s legal counsel, his client had been experiencing intense stomach pain since early yesterday morning, June 16.
The decision to transport him to the hospital was made after his condition did not improve.
Further details regarding Teves’s current condition or the specific hospital he was taken to have not yet been released.
Teves is currently detained on various charges, including multiple murder raps.
