OPM heartthrob TJ Monterde will take center stage at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) tonight at 10 p.m, the second day of the MasKara Festival.
BYF Secretary and Festival Director for Cultural and Accredited Events Kuster Cadagat anticipates that Monterde’s performance will eclipse the record-breaking crowd of 45,000 who attended the Grand Countdown Salubong last night.
“We are leaving no stone unturned to ensure a safe and memorable event,” Cadagat emphasized. “We have significantly increased our security presence and have medical teams on standby to address any potential emergencies.”
To prioritize the safety of all attendees, Cadagat advised against bringing children, senior citizens, and pregnant women to large, crowded events.
TJ Monterde, renowned for his soulful ballads, has garnered a massive following, particularly among the younger generation, with his hit single “Palagi.”
