Over 3,000 jobs in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) are up for grabs at the Labor Day job fair scheduled tomorrow, May 1.
The job fair, to be held at SM City Bacolod, will be a haven for job seekers looking to tap into the booming BPO industry. At least 9 BPO companies have confirmed their participation, offering a diverse range of career paths for qualified individuals.
Call center operator Transcom said it is looking for 1,000 customer service and technical support agents. Concentrix meanwhile has at least 800 openings; iQor-500; Service First, Teleperformance and Ubiquity at 200 each and 100 for TTEC.
The job fair caters to individuals with varying levels of experience as required by the participating employers. High school graduates and senior high school graduates are also welcome to apply.
For those seeking flexible work arrangements, Concentrix offers a day shift work-from-home program with a competitive salary of up to P29,000.
Teleperformance, a company certified as a Great Place to Work for 6 consecutive years, meanwhile is looking for applicants to support its telecommunications program. To attract top talent, they are offering incentives of up to P12,000 for their new hires.
In addition to BPO opportunities, the job fair features nearly 7,000 positions from local and overseas employers. The event runs until 5 PM.
