In a dazzling five-hour spectacle at the jam-packed Panaad Stadium, Victorias City’s Jada Biaxyl Celeste was crowned Lin-ay sang Negros 2025 on Friday night, March 28.
The 21-year-old Celeste, a passionate advocate for women empowerment and gender equality, captivated a crowd of 9,000, emerging victorious from a field of 26 talented candidates representing the diverse towns and cities of Negros Occidental.

Celeste’s triumph marks a historic back-to-back win for Victorias City, following Kyla Rose Romarate’s crowning as Lin-ay sang Negros 2024. Her poise and elegance shone throughout the competition, earning her the coveted title, along with P80,000 in cash, a full scholarship from the provincial government, and a host of other prizes.
Celeste’s exceptional performance was further highlighted by her winning the Best in Swimwear and Best in Evening Gown awards, showcasing her grace and confidence.
The competition was fierce, with Ilog’s Maxine Louise Martin securing the First Runner-Up position and Manapla’s Julianah Cassandra Makilan taking home the Second Runner-Up title.
The Lin-ay sang Negros pageant, a highlight of the Panaad sa Negros Festival, celebrates the beauty, talent, and intelligence of Negrense women, while also promoting the rich culture and heritage of the province.
