In a statement, the company said their hiring requirement will run up to the last quarter of this year.

Those without any call center experience are also welcome to apply so long as they are highly motivated to learn, passionate about assisting customers, and have good English conversational skills.
Transcom has been operating in Bacolod City for over a decade and has played a vital role in the expansion and continuous operation of Transcom in the Philippines, its Chief Executive Officer for the Global English Region Mark Lyndsell said.
With the opening of its newest recruitment hub at the former location of Cafe Bobs, Transcom said it will be able to handle 50 additional applicants on a day-to-day basis. But the firm will still maintain its recruitment center in its site in Lopues South.
