- TAILORING NC II
- BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II
- COOKERY NC II
Scholars will enjoy the following benefits:

- P500 LOAD ALLOWANCE
Applicants must be:
-BACOLOD CITY RESIDENTS
-HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL OR GRADUATE OR COLLEGE LEVEL OR GRADUATE
-AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD
