Teleperformance Philippines, a global leader in outsourced customer and citizen experience management, recently celebrated 27 strong years in the industry with its Spark 2023 Grand Celebration, held in various locations nationwide, including Bacolod City.

As a company that recognizes the importance of people in its achievements, the celebration provided the perfect opportunity to look back and appreciate the contributions and skills of its employees while strengthening their bond as a team.

The event also served as an opportunity for Teleperformance Philippines to recognize and reward its most talented employees, highlighting their value and providing avenues for them to enrich their passions and talents outside of work. The event was a perfect blend of glitz, glamour, and enthusiasm.

The Manila celebration took place at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, where TP employees enjoyed performances from Spongecola and DJs Jimmy Nocon and Siangyoo. The event was hosted by Sean Kyle and Karla Aguas.

Vice President for Human Resources and Communications & Marketing Rachel Cacabelos expressed her hopes for a stronger year for Teleperformance, emphasizing that Spark was not only a moment of enjoyment but also “an opportunity to reflect on our past successes and use that energy and momentum to propel us forward.”

For the last 27 years, Teleperformance Philippines has become one of the most preferred offshore contact center operations in the country and a valuable player in the Philippine economy.
