Teleperformance (TP), a leading global provider of customer experience management, recently won three awards at the 2023 Anvil Awards’ Gabi ng Parangal for its successful marketing and public relations campaigns.

Holding the trophy, Organizational Communication Manager Dom Balmes, Creatives Assistant Manager Riz Yana, Digital Content Manager Isa Belarmino, Communication and Marketing Senior Director Lynn Ventenilla, and HRC&M Vice President Rachel Cacabelos receive the Anvil Awards for Teleperformance.

TP won two awards in the public relations categories of Special Events and Exhibits, and Good Governance/Social Responsibility/Responsible Citizenship for their “Work Wherever You Live, Live Wherever You Love: The Teleperformance Cloud Campus Jeepney Roadshow.”

The TP Cloud Campus is a long-term remote work solution launched in 2021 that allows home-based interaction experts to stay connected with their Teleperformance team through a state-of-the-art digital integrated operations management and people engagement solution.

Inspired by the iconic Filipino jeepney, a cultural symbol that represents the feeling of togetherness and of the indomitable Filipino spirit, the Cloud Campus Jeepney is powered by green energy and features a mobile, cloud-connected workstation that simulates a fully enabled work-at-home experience.

TP launched a jeepney roadshow campaign to bring the TP Cloud Campus to next-wave cities and municipalities in the provinces, bringing rewarding careers to local job-seekers and driving development for local economies.

TP bagged a third award in the Specialized PR Program category for their TP Vac marketing campaign.

TP Vac is an exclusive vaccination program for TP employees to ensure that they and their loved ones have free access to COVID-19 vaccines.

TP rolled out an internal communication campaign promoting and informing employees about the benefits of vaccination against COVID-19. They gave incentives for employees to get vaccinated and collaborated with local government units to secure vaccine slots for employees and their families.

TP also partnered with local government units to provide free vaccines during its Bakuna Nights and jobsite events.

Teleperformance in the Philippines currently has around 60,000 employees across 23 sites, including Bacolod City. It has received the Great Place to Work® certification for five consecutive years, making it the first and largest employer in the country and the first company in the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry to receive such distinction. In 2022, TP was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Asia and in the Philippines.

“Truly, we are honored and beyond happy with these recognitions. We, at Teleperformance, will continue to push forward with a Number 1 Mentality in our campaigns – aligned to our goal of actively supporting the development and progress of our communities and the entire nation,” Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara said.
