After recording zero case of COVID-19 a day ago, the City Health bureau of Talisay City reported today, October 17, 2 new positive cases.
As of 8:00am, October 17, 2020, the total number of cases is now at 571 with 501 recovered cases (4 new recoveries); 54 active cases and 16 COVID19 deaths.
Mayor Niel Lizares continues to remind talisaynons to remain in the safety of their homes, if going out is not that extremely necessary. He added: “Let us continue exercising proper handwashing, proper wearing of facemasks and face shields, and strict physical distancing.”
