Sipalay City Mayor Maria Gina Lizares signs Executive Order No. 2020-043 extending the moratorium on tourism-related and non-essential travel until October 31, 2020.
The order is in response to the City Tourism Council’s unanimous decision of not catering to tourists from outside Sipalay for the rest of October.
