As typhoon Odette slowly makes her way into the Western Visayas Region, San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo already met with representatives of the various local agencies on the preparation and response to any possibilities brought by said typhoon.
At 5:30PM, the local gov’t. vehicles and drivers will be put on standby to respond to any emergency call from possible affected areas especially Barangays 1, portion of Brgy. 5, Guadalupe, Buluangan and Punao as these areas are prone to flooding and landslide.
Response team were already in coordination for any eventuality as residents were also warned and told to prepare since there will also be a possible power outage and water supply disruption.
