The state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the trough of the typhoon Rolly will bring light to moderate with at times heavy rains over Bacolod and Cebu.
At 3:00 AM today, the eye of typhoon was estimated based on all available data at 1,195 km East of Central Luzon (16.4°N, 133.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 170 km/h. It is moving Westward at 20 km/h.
The center of the typhoon is likely to make a landfall over the Central Luzon-Quezon area on Sunday evening or Monday morning.
Rolly is expected to cause possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.
