Effective yesterday, October 29, locally stranded individuals (LSIs) of the city of Bago will be temporarily barred in entering the city.
This after the regional Inter-Agency Task Force approved the request of the local government to temporarily suspend new arrivals while the city prepare its facilities for more returnees.
The moratorium will last until November 7, according to the order signed by Department of Interior Local Goverment regional director Juan Ingenerio.
Earlier, the cities of Victorias and San Carlos were also granted a moratorium in accepting LSIs pending available quarantine spaces.
