The recipients were the PWDs from Hinigaran, Candoni, La Castellana, Murcia, Salvador Benedicto, Pulupandan, Hinobaan, Pontevedra, Ilog, Moises Padilla, Isabela, EB Magalona, Binalbagan, San Enrique, and the cities of Escalante, La Carlota, Himamaylan, Sagay and Cadiz.

It is part of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, celebrated on the first week of December with the theme, Building Back Better: toward a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World.

The said projects were jointly funded by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and Department of Health Region VI.
