Police readies frustrated homicide charges vs suspects in stabbing of call center agent

The Bacolod City Police Office is preparing the frustrated homicide charges against three suspects involved in the brutal assault and stabbing of Bret Requieron, a call center agent in Bacolod.

Among the three suspects, only the alleged stabber has been identified as Ajay Austria, a resident of Deca Homes Subdivision, Barangay Cabug, Bacolod City. Based on testimonies from witnesses Austria allegedly stabbed Requieron 15 times and inflicted severe injuries, including a deep cut stretching from his lip to his ear, an “X” mark on his face, and cuts on his forehead.

Authorities are still investigating the identity of the other two unidentified suspects.

The 29-year-old victim and a call center employee at Teleperformance Bacolod, was allegedly ambushed and physically assaulted by three suspects in the parking area of his workplace, which is adjacent to the Bacolod City Police Headquarters.
