The 303rd Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Philippines joined the Masskara Festival with a Static Display of its assets over the weekend at the Old Airport.
The 2-day event attracted thousands of locals where they experienced boarding some of the military assets. The event featured AFP’s air, sea and land assets.
The event aims to sustain the excellent public image of the Philippine Army, encourage recruitment in different AFP branch of service and to conduct public awareness to the general public in relation to NPA terrorist recruitment, the military said in a statement.
It was organized by the Civil Military Operations Section together with 79IB, 605th CDC and 605th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion 1803rd Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade in partnership with Philippine Airforce and Philippine Coast Guar.
