President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is scheduled to appear at a campaign rally of Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial bets in Victorias City on Friday, February 21, 2025, Bacolod City Councilor Al Victor Espino confirmed.
Originally, the rally was planned for the Paglaum Sports Complex in Bacolod City, which could have hosted a larger crowd. However, due to a forecast of a 75 percent chance of rain on Friday, the venue was changed to the Victorias City Coliseum.
All twelve senatorial candidates under the administration’s alliance are slated to attend. This includes Representatives Erwin Tulfo and Camille Villar, re-electionist Senators Francis Tolentino, Lito Lapid, Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Pia Cayetano, and Imee Marcos, Makati Mayor Abby Binay, former Senators Manny Pacquiao, Tito Sotto, and Panfilo Lacson, and former Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos.
Before heading to Victorias, President Marcos is also expected to participate in another rally in Negros Oriental organized by the same political alliance.
