A 34-year-old father was shot and killed by a still unidentified suspect in front of his 10-year-old kid in Murcia town, on the evening of November 29.
Initial investigation from Murcia PNP revealed that the suspect was riding a motorcylce and parked outside the victim’s residence to purchase a gasoline.
Right after his purchased, the suspect shot the victim several times using a 45 caliber revolver. The victim was identified as Leonardo Garcia, according to Police Lt. John Paul Tabujara, OIC of Murcia PNP.
Police recovered a total of 4 empty shells at the crime scene and investigation is still ongoing.
