Bacolod City, Negros Occidental— The Department of Health in Western Visayas announces today, that over 600 combined cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Bacolod City and the entire province of Negros Occidental.
These figures are more than double as compared to cases recorded in the previous days.
As this developed, hospitals in the city continue to refused to admit new patients either due to lack of beds or medical workers. Even non-COVID patients struggle to secure a hospital bed, with some slowly dying in emergency room.
