The North Capitol Rd, approaching Ayala Capitol is temporarily closed to traffic.
In a statement, Cong. Greg Gasataya said: “We are aware of the situation and have already enlisted the help of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) along with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) to clear the area.”
