PrimeWater Bacolod City has started the drilling of new Water Source Development at Villa Angela Subd., Brgy. Villamonte.
The construction of the new Water Source Development was materialized through the joint venture agreement of PW Bacolod City and Bacolod City Water District which aims to give a better water service to the community.
Once completed, PrimeWater said this will help improve water supply and pressure in Brgy. Villamonte, Villa Angela Subd., and Helvetia Heights Subd.
Meanwhile, on January 25, PrimeWater has also conducted the cleaning of Water Reservoir with a 2.6M Gallon Capacity at Loygoy, Brgy. Granada.
The said activity aims to keep the water tank clean and free from contamination in order to provide safe and potable water to the public.
According to PW Bacolod, the cleaning and disinfection of the facility is annually done for the safety and welfare of their customers.
Among the areas that will benefit from it are Sam Village, Villa Soledad, Buena Royale, Sunshine Valley, Jesusa Heights, Villa Villeta, Villa Angeles, Villa Felicidad, Prk. Paho 2, Buena Park, Liligon Ville, Villa San Agustin, Patria Homes, Royal Meadows, Villa Angela, Helvetia Subd., Villamonte, Capitol Heights, Gonzaga Subd., Burgos, Lacson St., San Juan St., SM Mall, Reclamation Area, Brgy. Singcang, Cabacawan, Akishola, Greensville, La Salle Ave., and Capitol Ville.
