Mayor Evelio Leonardia personally received the donation of Nestlé Philippines to the City of Bacolod, comprising of boxes of assorted products, at turnover rites at the Government Center Friday, October 22.
Turning over the products are Nestlé Philippines Bacolod Logistics Operations Manager Ysrael Ordoñes and Logistics Head – West Visayas Bacolod Siegfried Barrios (2nd from left).
They are accompanied by No. 1 Supplier Operations Manager for Retail Arnel Bonghanoy (1st from left), and No. 1 Supplier General Trade- Bacolod Manager Joseph Camon. No. 1 Supplier is the official distributor of Nestle’ Philippines in Bacolod.
Leonardia said, “In times like this, we need all the help we can get. So I’m very thankful to Nestlé that they voluntarily offered these donations. We will do our best to distribute these goods to our people who need it the most.”
“For those who will receive these goods, I hope that they will be able to feel the kindness of Nestlé. I also hope that it can help them especially in times like this,” the mayor added.
Nestlé Philippines marks its 110th anniversary this year. In celebration of this milestone, the company is distributing P110 million worth of its products to families in 110 cities, municipalities, and provinces across the country.
