Negros ACE is an established association of mayors in Negros Occidental that aims to foster unity, exchange technical ideas, provide a forum to discuss concerns and assist its members, and support in the implementation and information dissemination of projects in the province.

“The past three years revealed and emphasized that at the center of our success was our ability to work together as one – such unity of purpose was among the main intentions of Negros ACE when it was created, said Gov. Lacson.

“I am glad to see how the organization has flourished and how it became more relevant than ever,” he said.

ACE President Javi Benitez reaffirmed Gov. Lacson’s idea on the necessity of unified local governments especially on events like the global pandemic.

“The best mentors for us are our fellow mayors. Let’s help each other, because at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who did it first, but what most of us have. Let us not allow ourselves on divisive leadership,” he added.

Also present in the activity were NOCPPO Acting Provincial Director, Colonel Leo Pamittan and 303rd Brigade Commander, General Inocencio Pasaporte, among others.
