This will include the whole of Valladolid, Pulupandan and San Enrique towns.

In La Carlota City, only the following barangays will not be affected: Brgys. La Granja, Haguimit, Yubo, Ara-al, San Miguel, Balabag, Nagasi & Cubay.

The towns of Pontevdra and Hinigaran are also affected except for Brgys. Zamora & Mabini in Pontevedra.

The most of communities within Bacolod City would likewise be affected by the half-day power outage, according to Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO).

The shutdown of the transmission lines is in line with the ongoing Cebu-Negros-Panay 230kV Backbone Project.
