Mayor Evelio Leonardia and EOC-TF Executive Director Em Ang take part in the Christmas Tree Lighting of Seda Capitol Central represented by Hotel Manager Kim Joseph Guimba at the Seda Hotel yesterday, November 25.
“You have changed our landscape when you came to Bacolod. You made us feel that we are now getting back to normal,” the mayor said.
Leonardia also extended his high hopes that one day, Bacolod can celebrate the Holidays and observe tradition just like the way it did before the pandemic.
“It would be a ray of hope for us in the future,” the mayor added.
The Christmas tree lighting ceremony was held simultaneously with Seda Atria Iloilo represented by Seda Atria General Manager Joseph Del Rosario.
