San Carlos City said that major thoroughfares are impassable to vehicles early this morning, December 17 due to damages left by typhoon Odette.
The city government have yet to clarify report of any casualty as various agencies were busy last night rescuing and evacuating affected residents.
Government vehicles and drivers are still utilized in response to various requests from affected areas.
The San Carlos City Fire Station is also on standby for possible water rationing in different areas of the city today.
No work for both public and private establishments workers is still in effect today in the city.
