Mayor Evelio Leonardia today appealed to Bacolodnons to pray as the city braces for super Typhoon “Odette.”
Leonardia also reiterated his call on city residents to stay within their homes for safety.
The typhoon, he said, packs strong winds and may trigger surges and wrought havoc on structures along its path.
