L’ Fisher Hotel, one of Bacolod City’s most iconic hotel, has officially partnered with AdventEnergy, the retail electricity supply arm of Aboitiz Power Corporation, to secure a reliable, integrated energy supply and enhance operational efficiency.
The partnership marks a significant step for the 35-year-old hotel toward sustainability and modernizing its energy consumption, aligning with national mandates for energy conservation.
Under the agreement, AdventEnergy will supply L’ Fisher Hotel with 673 kilowatts (kW) of electricity. The deal also includes comprehensive energy performance assessment services designed to optimize the hotel’s operations.
This contract also represents AdventEnergy’s first entry into the Western Visayas region, expanding its services and enabling more “contestable customers”—those with the freedom to choose their energy supplier—in the area.

The full suite of integrated energy solutions will specifically support L’ Fisher’s drive for more efficient operations through an energy audit service. This service is crucial for the hotel to optimize its energy use, in compliance with Republic Act 11285, or the Philippine Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA). By identifying energy-saving opportunities, the hotel aims to reduce costs and minimize its environmental footprint.
