Korean investor visits Bacolod; explore possibility to expand business

Korean investors from Ilyang Opo Corporation has visited the highly urbanized city of Bacolod and met with Mayor Evelio Leonardia to explore the possibility of building a manufacturing factory for Freezing & Refrigerator showcases as well as Pre-Fab Housing.

No less than Chairman Jong Chul Shin and Vice Chairman Jung Ho Choi of Ilyang Opo met with Leonardia to discuss the plans.

The mayor said that the city will be hosting business matchings for them with prospective local business partners. This is part of the economic recovery plan of the city after the local economy has slow down due to the impact brought by the COVID-19 global pandemic.

 Ilyang Opo is a domestic refrigeration and freezing equipment manufacturer in Korea and is committed to continue to expand the global market in the future, its website said.
