The Bacolod city government and the Emergency Operations Center launched today [Oct. 29] its “Halong, Ugyon Bacolod” campaign which aims to conduct simultaneous inspection, monitoring, and education in all business establishments of the City to ensure the strict observance of minimum health protocols and sustain the City’s efforts in containing the spread of the coronavirus disease.
Today’s launching covers the areas of Downtown, Burgos, East, and Libertad.
Joining the launching are officials and staff of the Emergency Operations Center – Task Force, City Legal Office, Business Permits and Licensing Division, City Health Office, City Tourism Office, Public Information Office, Bacolod City Police Office, Philippine Army, Philippine Coast Guard, DILG, and Bureau of Fire Protection.Participants also included members of the Liga ng mga Barangay, CHO sanitary inspectors, members of Task Force Disiplina, and EOC logistics team.
The “Halong, Ugyon Bacolod” campaign is a collaboration of the Bacolod City government and EOC with various national government agencies.
